PRICING
The listed prices include everything EXCEPT insurance and shipping.
Prices are subject to change without notification.
If the price change is higher than the listed price your agreement to the new price will be required before processing.
Because it is an international enviornment the prices, insurance and shipping is in Japanese yen. Only credit cards are acceptible and the exchange is done by those companies.
Prices include packing fees. Multipule orders may result in a lowering of the price due to packing fee changes. The price will not increase due to packing.
SHIPPING
Unless sea mail is requested the merchendise will be sent as reasonably as possible. The Japanese postal system has a plethora of schemes according to weight and size. The most practical turns out to be Express Mail (priority mail) which is delivered in 3-4 days. Airmail is always much more expensive and takes a week.
If you reside in a country whose mail service is unreliable then we must communicate via fax or e-mail as to which shipping method is most secure.
Teas and sweets will only be sent express mail or airmail.

The times from Japan to the United states are:
Express Mail 3-4 days
Air assist Mail 2 weeks or so
Air Mail 1 week or so
Sea mail 1 - 3 months
INSURANCE
Standard insurance will be postal insurance. In case of damage, the good must be presented to the post office. You will receive a form stating the damage. If you fax the form to use we will send a replacement immediatly. Please do not fail to do this. It may take several months for us to get notification from the post office as they have to decide which countries system was resposible for the damage.
If the country in which you reside does not have a postal insurance agreement then we will use a private insurance company. We will include claim information with the order or by e-mail.
